Where Every Meal Feeds A Healthier Tomorrow

At each Heart & Home Wellness Dinner, families will enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal curated specifically for certain medical conditions but sure to be loved by all. Each week will focus on a different condition faced by children served at RMHC of Central Ohio.

With fun programming, coloring pages and educational content, families will enjoy a home-cooked meal while learning about the nutrition behind it. Families will receive a special dinner, learn about nutrition and take home their very own recipe card so they can recreate the meal at home.

The Heart & Home Wellness Table Series serves to address social determinants of health our families may be facing. At RMHC of Central Ohio, we believe healthcare exists in all areas of our lives, not just in the hospital room. By providing a safe, comforting place to stay and access to key nutritional education, RMHC hopes to promote healthcare and well-being for families we support.
