Request A room at the Ronald McDonald House
A social worker, case manager or nurse clinician from the admitting hospital or healthcare facility where the patient is receiving treatment must make the initial referral to request a room at the Ronald McDonald House.
Please note, a request does not guarantee room availability. Because of the large volume of room requests, the Ronald McDonald House does not reserve rooms or accept reservations. Once the referral has been made, Ronald McDonald House will contact the Hospital at least one day before the scheduled arrival to let you know if a room will be available.
Once the referral has been processed and approved, one of our staff members will contact you and ask you to fill out our Guest Check-In form. Please print out the form below and fill in the required information. Bring it with you when you check in to the Ronald McDonald House.
