Volunteers Needed for Columbus Blue Jackets Game

Sign-Up to Help Sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets on November, 2, 2023!

40 Volunteers are needed to arrive at Nationwide Arena two hours before the game on November 2nd and sell 50/50 raffle tickets until the second intermission!

Help the House!

Have a chance to win a VIP tour of the newly expanded Ronald McDonald House, including the new “zoo” play area, and chances to win other consolation prizes, after you volunteer to help at the game! You’ll be able to have a total of up to eight people come on the tour if you win!

Columbus Blue Jackets 50/50 Raffle Volunteer Policies and Procedures

Please review the policies and procedures before you consider volunteering with us to sell raffle tickets on behalf of RMHC of Central Ohio.
After you look them over, please fill out the online form by clicking the button above to register. If you are having friends or family join you, each person must fill out the form individually. Be sure to find “RMHC of Central Ohio” in the drop-down options for which charity you’re supporting with your volunteerism that night.
Once you get a confirmation email from The Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation, please let us know so we can mark your sign-up as complete. (We are not notified by the CBJ Foundation that volunteers have completed registration.) Please email rick.shepherd@rmhc-centralohio.org once you have signed up.

CBJ Policies and Procedures

  • No game ticket required
  • No food
  • No game watching
  • No smoking
  • No children under 18-years-old
  • No alcohol in arena during OR after your shift

Recommended Attire

  • Wear comfortable shoes
  • Blue Jackets gear HIGHLY encouraged
  • Warm clothes
  • RMHC of Central Ohio apparel
  • DO NOT wear opposing team gear

Not available 11/2/23 but still interested in volunteering?

If you are interested in volunteering but aren’t available 11/2, there are still games you can sign up to volunteer at.
We are looking for a pair of volunteers, to represent RMHC, and help other charities sell the raffle tickets on their CBJ Foundation 50/50 raffle nights. 
If you and a friend or family member would like to sign up for one of those nights, please click on the link corresponding to the date of the game you would like to attend, to get signed up.
After signing up, please email rick.shepherd@rmhc-centralohio.org once you have received a confirmation email from the foundation, as our chapter is not automatically notified that your sign-up is complete.
