Home / Meals During Construction
The kitchen at Ronald McDonald House will be closed for 3 months during construction and we need your support
The Ronald McDonald House is a refuge for families whose children are being treated at area hospitals. As part of our daily service, meals are provide by volunteers in the community. Currently, the Ronald McDonald House is undergoing a massive expansion, more than doubling the size of the House.
In order to better serve our guest families, a brand new kitchen and dining area is being built. In addition, the current kitchen will be transformed into a zoo-themed play space for our guests.
Unfortunately, while that transformation takes place, the Ronald McDonald House will be without a kitchen – for nearly 3 months.
Families at the Ronald McDonald House will need your help beginning July 31 through the end of construction, likely early December. Here are some ways you can help:
Each meal will need to have enough food to feed 100 people. To sign up or learn more, please contact Blair.Arms@RMHC-CentralOhio.org.
