Hero of the Care Mobile

Join our Heroes of the Care Mobile program and know that you are truly changing children's lives

Become a hero to children living in Columbus and surrounding counties, who may not have access or the ability to receive regular medical care. As a Hero of the Care Mobile, you are supporting our mission of providing medical services to pediatric patients in underserved communities. Your gift provides:

A mobile medical unit that provides pediatric services 

Immunizations, screenings, laboratory services, and more 

Access to primary care and dental care from medical professionals

Service to the under served population in/around Central Ohio

By selecting a sponsorship level below, you are helping to provide medical services to children who are living in underserved communities around Central Ohio.

Contributions in the amount of $10,000 or higher may be payable over the course of five years. All benefits will be received in the first year in which the initial payment is made.
