This homemade pretzel-crusted chicken is a great alternative to fried chicken nuggets.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (167°C).
  2. Lightly pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness so they cook evenly.
  3. Season the chicken with the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the honey mustard sauce over each chicken breast.
  6. Press each chicken breast into the crushed pretzels until evenly coated.
  7. Lightly spray the coated chicken with cooking spray and place on a sheet pan.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Serve with the remaining honey mustard sauce, if desired.
